We recently spoke with local operator Ken Maples to learn more about the restaurant’s success.

“Locals love Buddy’s because of the value. Our food is authentic, slow, and hickory-smoked. Our meat is fresh and never frozen. We serve good portions, and the value keeps them coming back time and time again. We take care of our guests, and they take care of us,” Maples said.
